Aqua Hair Extensions will ship all orders placed before 3 PM EST on the same business day. Orders received after 3 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Please note that business days refer to Monday – Friday and exclude holiday and weekends. Orders placed on Friday for overnight service will be received on Monday (unless Saturday delivery is requested).
We use UPS exclusively. Here are the following shipping options available:
- Overnight (options before 4:30pm, and 10:30am) = next business day
- 2Day = 2nd business day before 4:30pm
- 2Day AM = 2nd business day before 10:30am
- Ground = 3-5 business days before 7:00pm

Delivery Time/Lost/Damage package
Aqua Hair Extensions uses UPS for the shipping needs. UPS is one of the most reliable shipping companies in the world. In rare occasions due to acts of nature and other reasons, there will be times when UPS will not be able to deliver the package on the requested time and date. Aqua Hair Extensions can’t issue refunds for shipping charges for delayed orders.
If your package is lost or damaged, please call us 866-638-3312 and a customer service representative will assist you in the matter.
Can I change my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, call us at 866-638-3312 as soon as possible on the same day you placed the order. We will do our best to modify the order before it ships. Orders that were already shipped can’t be changed.
